Cardiac Surgery - Paediatric

Dr. Colin John, Senior Consultant Cardiac Surgeon at Narayana Institute of Cardiacsciences, NH Health City, Bangalore speaks about how one can make a change to save lives. Over a 100,000 Ethiopian children are waiting for life saving heart surgeries. Although the standard is improving, the facilities and expertise available there are very limited. The partnership project between Jacqui Gilmour, Dr. Devi Shetty, Dr. Colin John and NICS has given new hope to the children with congenital heart disease in Ethiopia. The project aims to changes the lives of the children for the better.

Mr. Khaleed was referred to NH Health City, Bangalore, India, by his friends, for the treatment of his son, Amer Awadhi. Amer was suffering from a heart valve problem and had visited India for the treatment of the same. He was satisfied with the treatment result and other services provided at Narayana Health.
